Crowns and bridges

The crown is kind of cap cemented on a natural tooth. It is used to strengthen a broken, cracked, fractured tooth or following a root canal.

It can also be used to improve the aesthetics and shape of a worn, malformed or discolored tooth.

The bridge is one of the ways to replace missing teeth. It can replace one or two and sometimes three missing teeth. The bridge prevents the movement of adjacent teeth, the over-eruption of opposing teeth to the edentulous space and can improve aesthetics, speech and mastication.

The crown and the bridge can be done on implants too.
